Quick test

Check your notification fatigue

This short test is not a medical assessment. It simply helps you notice how much your notifications interrupt your day.

Check your notification fatigue

Quick answer

Your answers stay in the page; the tool only calculates a simple score.

Measure interruption, not character

Track reflex checking, broken focus, ignored piles, irritation, and missed priority alerts for one normal week. The result is a practical workload signal, not a medical diagnosis or mental-health score.

Run a seven-day self-check

You suspect evening promotions are causing more disruption than the total notification count.

  1. Sample three ordinary days and record the app, time, urgency, and whether each alert interrupted a task.
  2. Mark repeated signals: automatic unlocking, abandoned work, a growing unread stack, or important alerts hidden by noise.
  3. Silence one low-value channel for a week, then compare interruptions and any missed useful alerts.

Everything feels urgent during the sample.

Separate real deadlines from persuasive wording and review categories inside each app rather than muting the whole app.

The quieter setup hides a useful alert.

Restore that channel and instead reduce sound, vibration, or pop-ups on a lower-value category.

What the result means

Kutula may help group visible notification patterns, but it does not diagnose stress, attention conditions, or wellbeing and is not clinical advice.

Does a high score mean I have a disorder?

No. It only suggests that your current alert setup deserves review; persistent distress is better discussed with a qualified professional.

How to use the result

A low result may only need small adjustments. A high result suggests reviewing notification categories more deliberately.
