Kutula data deletion request
Kutula Notification History (com.kutula) is a local-first Android app. It does not provide user accounts and does not send notification content to Kutula-owned servers.
Delete notification history from this device
Kutula stores notification history and related inbox actions on the device. To remove them:
- Open Kutula Settings.
- Find Delete All History and choose Delete history.
- Confirm Delete permanently. This removes active, archived, and deleted notification records from this device and cannot be undone.
Stop future analytics measurement
Open Kutula Settings, find Analytics & measurement, and choose Disable measurement. This stops future Analytics collection, clears Kutula's local measurement state, and requests an Analytics reset on the device. Kutula cannot erase aggregate or already processed data retained by Google under its policies.
Send a deletion request
Email privacy@kutula.org.tr with the subject Kutula privacy data deletion request. You may include the Kutula app version, interface language, approximate request date, and whether your request concerns local history, measurement, or another privacy question.
Do not include notification content, source-app identity, search text, a purchase token, an order ID, a user ID, or any other sensitive value in the email.
Because Kutula has no user accounts and no Kutula-owned notification-content backend, there may be no developer-controlled server record that can be matched to you. Kutula will explain the result and any action it can take on identifiable developer-controlled data.
What is deleted or retained
| Data category | Deletion or retention behavior |
|---|---|
| Notification history and inbox actions | Stored on-device until you delete all history, clear Kutula app storage, or uninstall the app. Delete All History permanently removes the active, archived, and deleted notification records held by Kutula on that device. |
| Local measurement state | Disable measurement clears Kutula's local measurement state and requests a device-side Analytics reset while stopping future Analytics collection. |
| Content-free Analytics event data | The configured Google Analytics retention is 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. User activity resets the user-data retention period. Google controls deletion and retention after processing under its policies. |
| Aggregated or already processed measurement data | Kutula cannot erase aggregate or already processed data retained by Google under its policies. |
| Google Play purchase and transaction records | Google Play controls payment and legally required transaction retention. Kutula does not receive payment-card details; purchase entitlement may remain restorable through Google Play. |
| Notification content on Kutula servers | None. Kutula does not send notification title, body, or source-app identity to Kutula-owned servers, so there is no Kutula server copy of that content to delete. |
Third-party processing boundary
Google services used for Analytics, advertising, consent, billing, attribution, and review infrastructure may process data under the applicable consent and Google account state. Requests about Google-controlled data may also require Google's own privacy controls.
