What Kutula can — and cannot — do
- Kutula can organize only notifications captured after Notification Access is granted.
- It cannot recover notifications received before that access was enabled.
- Android and device manufacturers may restrict some notification actions.
- Google services may process limited content-free measurement, advertising, and purchase data when enabled runtime states permit it.
